Technical experience since the mid-2000s, combined with more than 14 years in project management and transformation.
Homan combines a technical background in electronics with a business degree in international marketing. His experience spans energy, telecom, automotive and life sciences, with roles in project and program management, change management and resource planning.
His technical experience includes telecom and radio systems, cloud solutions and IT migration, OT systems and building automation, as well as embedded automotive systems. His background in development, testing and integration helps connect technical dependencies with business goals.
Technology and business
Practical experience in test environments and programming using tools including LabVIEW, C/C++, Unix and Matlab/Simulink.
Governance and change
Experience with PPS, ePROPS and Agile ways of working, including Scrum and Kanban.
International collaboration
Experience with international organisations and assignments across multiple Nordic countries. Working in Swedish and English.
